Position: iCIMS Administrator
Location: Remote
Contract Length: 12+ months

Top Requirements: 
  1. iCIMS analyst or administrator background
  2. Experience with audits
  3. Ability to run iCIMS search/queries (build with filters/outputs)
  4. Backend iCIMS experience
  5. Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
Nice to Haves
  1. iCIMS integration or integration experience in general
  2. Testing experience
  3. Smart Sheets
  4. APIs, Python coding - being able to talk about it from an integration perspective
    1. We build code to do things in the system automatically
  5. Postman, Visual Studio
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: The HR Technology team is looking for an iCIMS administrator with experience opening tickets and coming to resolutions. They are looking for someone with backend iCIMS experience – not just experience with the frontend as a user. iCIMS is a new applicant tracking system within this client’s HR portfolio and thus system configuration, troubleshooting and data analysis will be part of the day-to-day. The team is looking for someone who has the ability to work independently and has excellent Excel skills.
