Job Description:

Apex Systems is looking for a End User Support Engineer lvl 2 in Roseland, NJ. This posotion will be onisite for the 1st 90 days then switch to hybrid.

Level 2 Helpdesk Engineer/Desktop Support




  • Must have *ENTERPRISE level, corporate* environment experience working on the Helpdesk
  • Must have experience with Active Directory (on prem) AND AAD (Azure AD)
    • Need to know at least how to set up new users, as well as doing desktop support within AD)
  • Must be able to think outside of the box!
  • Perfect blend of Customer Service skills, (this is #1 – they’ll be working with people in person!) and technical skills (service industry or retail industry exp. is a big plus!)
  • 3-5 years’ experience as helpdesk or desktop support
  • They are in a MS Shop: Experience in a Windows 10 (or 11), MS Office, Teams environment
  • Experience/Familiarity with O365/Intune Administration



  • People skills!  Someone who is engaged, has good communication, personable, enthusiastic and friendly! Need someone outgoing and extroverted; be friendly and enthusiastic with customers.


  • Jira Service Mgmt. (Ticketing System) – any ticketing system will do, they service around 20 tickets a day.
  • Familiar with Network Troubleshooting
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network +, MCSA
  • Experience with major hardware vendors (Dell, Lenovo, HP)
