Application Support Engineer

Job Description:

  • 6 month contract 
  • Must sit on Apex W2
  • Hybrid - onsite 3 days a week/2 days WFH
  • Location - Austin, TX

This position is responsible for customer support and issue handling for internally built software and services. This includes communicating directly with end users about technical and non-technical subject matter. This role requires a mid-to-advanced level understanding of web applications, software systems, as well as trouble ticketing. Responsibilities include customer communications management, ticketing organization and workflows, customer website, software support, and metrics.
