Job Description:

Role: Change Manager

Duration: 18 months
-We’re looking for someone with change management background within finance or highly regulated environment
-Someone to get up to speed with our change management policies and procedures
-Training people if we have specific projects around focus areas like audit issues, etc. – understanding the standard policies and training/facilitating office hours once a week, one a month, etc.
-Someone who can understand the data around our projects and pull reports for our systems of record, analyze that data and perform pivot tables, v-lookups, etc. so if we need to we can prepare decks for practitioners and executives
-Not scared to facilitate meetings and handle trainings, understand the projects from a high level
-Need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
-They will get guidance but being able to work independently and not be hand-held, need to take that direction
-We support all time zones including offshore – we’re training someone for offshore – but this person will work EST schedule
-Data protection – audit issues that come in around data, we build governance around bank’s governance and standards

-GCIBT issues that come in and are impactful that have to do with change – that is under our umbrella for example
-Anything around change from audit perspective
-Reporting will be as it comes, but because we’re horizontal we have to report up to our senior leadership and reporting is always a piece of that
-Tools – Jira, Confluence, Remedy or ServiceNow would help from the change side –  strong Excel , experience with any test management systems is a plus (we’re migrating to Oktane , Qtest, ALM), Sharepoint not critical but would help
-Our environment is Agile so need someone who understands Agile practices, but honestly we’re not documenting our work in Jira – a big part of our testing work has been how these teams get their information into Jira
