Key Details:
Job Title: End User Support Engineer
Location: 3 days/week onsite in Carlisle PA.
Duration: Long term contract
Top Requirements:
  • Sr. Support Engineer with large enterprise printing network experience
  • Experience working in a Windows environment
  • Documentation (word, SharePoint)
  • ServiceNow
  • MECM tool experience is a very strong plus
  • 3rd tier level support and triaging with desktop/laptop support
  • Firm knowledge in IT infrastructure

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Managing the enterprise printing for our clients corporate offices, stores, data centers and distribution centers.
  • Responsible for about 15K+ printers, along with other team members
  • Troubleshooting, taking and resolving issue calls that come in, and crating proper documentation to record issues and resolutions.
