Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Network Technician.
70% of this job is work from home, 30% requires Nationwide Travel.
This is a long term rolling contract. No conversion. 
 Day to day will include remote customer support with hardware and software issues, FaceTiming with data center, site conversions, analyzing switches, assisting with credentialing, routers, migrating PCs on domains. 
A strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). • Experience with computer hardware and software installation and configuration. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. • The ability to work independently and as part of a team. • A valid drivers license and a clean driving record. • Ability to travel occasionally, including weekends.
