Position: Senior Compensation Consultant
Location: Remote – EST Hours
Rate: Negotiable Based on Experience
Duration: 6 months

Position Description:
This role reports to the Senior Director, Global Compensation, and collaborates with HR business partners, other HR functional teams and business unit managers. The successful candidate will lead the refinement of global Job Architecture implementation, through review, evaluation and job leveling. Build job catalog role descriptions to facilitate alignment to job families, career levels and benchmarking to external survey job matches. The Senior Compensation Consultant will run point for the Total Rewards team on the next phase of implementation of the newly designed job architecture, working in strong collaboration with HRBPs to effectively align roles to the job architecture and secure the buy-in of business managers. The Senior Compensation Consultant will define processes, workflows and communications, and partner with the HR Systems team to ensure the Job Architecture is successfully reflected in Workday.
 · Serve as functional lead for compensation team for the Job Architecture implementation project.
 · Provide guidance on job evaluations and recommendations to HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition.
 · Leads organization review and job leveling activity across all business units including deep dive reviews of all roles and preparing and presenting a summary impact analysis.
 · Design and deliver training to employees on the Job Architecture structure including modules and job aides to support integration into business processes.
 · Develops job profile descriptions for each role in the global job catalog to be housed in Workday.
 · Conducts job evaluations, including FLSA exemption classification.
 · Assesses jobs and their respective duties to determine levels, classifications and appropriate salary ranges for the global workforce.
 · Partners with Change Management lead to develop the change and communications strategy and content to successfully lead the organization through the next implementation phase.
 · Perform other duties as requested.

Required Skills:
 · First-class collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to very quickly gain trust and secure the buy-in of key stakeholders.
 · Strong project management and change management skills.
 · Strong organizational skills to prioritize workflow and respond to conflicting deadlines.
 · A strong team-player with a passion for exceptional customer service.
 · Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred.

Desired Skills:
· Demonstrable experience in leading at least one successful Job Architecture implementation in a multi-national company (Medical Technology and/or Technology specialism preferred).
 · Experience working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment, where the business is constantly evolving.
 · Command over compensation fundamentals - job matching and market pricing, equity mechanics, and annual cycle management, total rewards program design, regulatory reporting.
 · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
 · Workday Advanced Compensation Certified with 2-3 years of Workday Advanced Compensation experience.
