PC/POS Technician - 5 days onsite in Burlington, NC - $15-$19/hr - Training provided - W2 Only
*Candidates must be able to work on the cleints W2 without sponsorship, vendor or employer*
*Candidate must be currently located within commute distance of Burlington, NC*
Position Summary

The Point-of-Sale Technician is responsible for building and integrating POS Kiosks to send out to both Client and Client Vendor sites. These Kiosks allow the Client’s customers to perform self service functions such as setting up appointments as well as checking in and providing payment.


Job Functions

  • Set up POS systems and configure in iOS on iPads and iPad Minis.
  • Assemble physical Kiosk to be sent to Client/Client Vendor sites.
  • Will utilize Excel to create/track asset numbers and ensure accurate delivery of equipment.
  • Track assets throughout their lifecycle (request to shipment) and update respective systems as necessary
  • Create, maintain, and support department SOPs and procedures as it relates to this position.



  • As a key resource to others, candidate must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must possess the knowledge and abilities needed to accomplish mathematical, engineering, scientific or computer-related duties, as well as other specific tasks relating to technology.
  • Must have above average computer skills and be proficient in Excel and understand iPad/iOS functionality.
  • Must be self-directed, be creative, and mechanically inclined.



High School Diploma and 2-4 years’ experience in technical or computer science field.


Skills and Knowledge

Proficiency in using the Microsoft office suite of applications, especially Excel and Word.

Business communication skills

Strong Background in POS integration

Experience working in/with iOS
