Apex Systems, a World-Class Technology Solutions Provider, is currently hiring for a Business Planning Support Analyst on behalf of their client.  Ideal candidates will have the experience below, please note only qualified applicants will be contacted.
Position: Business Planning Support Analyst
Duration: Long term contract with intention to convert in 2025
Pay Rate Range: $30-35/hr. W2
Location: 3 days on-site in Greenwood Village, CO, 2 days remote per week
Day to Day Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with cross-department and inter-department personnel (e.g., process owners, business planners, hiring managers, contingent labor, procurements, etc.) to ensure the execution of processes, validate the completion of tasks, identify opportunities for process improvement, and report blockers to management.
  • Write, maintain, and improve both internal and external documentation, including processes, procedures, policies, approval flowcharts, PowerPoint decks, quarterly summaries, and team website. Regularly review and update documentation to reflect changes in policies or processes.
  • Analyze processes and controls and help determine whether operating standards are established and achieved within the functional organization.
  • Participate in task tracking, testing, and submission reviews related to data governance.
  • Contribute to data governance reports, metrics, status, charts, graphs, and presentations.
  • Assist in planning and executing of annual audit activities.
  • Perform other duties/ad hoc reporting as requested by management.
Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong desire to work and learn new challenging things
  • General Business, Business Strategy, or Finance/Accounting degree
  • Must have very strong Excel and PowerPoint experience
