Job Title: Technical Program/Project Manager - Cloud Migration Specialist

Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)

Company Description: We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program/Project Manager with a proven track record in overseeing successful cloud migration projects to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary: As a Technical Program/Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex cloud migration initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition of our applications and services to the cloud environment, optimizing performance, and aligning with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud migration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate with IT architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, adjusting as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, anticipating potential issues and implementing solutions to address them proactively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication, providing regular updates to senior management and all stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices, company policies, and regulatory standards throughout the cloud migration process.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and identifying lessons learned to enhance future cloud initiatives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management, with at least 3 years focused on cloud migration projects.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends.
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems, think strategically, and execute methodically.
