QA Consultant -(CRM)
Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our consulting practice has an opening for a  QA Consultant- CRM who will be validating the data as all reporting functionalities migrate to Salesforce for a Top Five Bank.

Client: Big 5 Bank

Location: Hybrid downtown

Terms: 6m Contract, Strong possibility of extension or converting fulltime based on project budget & candidate performance.

Hours: 37.5 hours/week Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Analyst/Tester, youll play a vital role in ensuring the successful launch of our new Salesforce dashboards. Youll work closely with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure these dashboards meet the needs of our frontline users. Your responsibilities will go beyond basic testing; youll leverage your analytical skills to provide valuable insights that will enhance the overall user experience.


  • Partner with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable test cases.
  • Design and execute test plans for Salesforce dashboards, focusing on both technical functionality and user experience.
  • Identify and report bugs and defects in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with BSA and Developers to resolve identified issues and ensure successful deployment.
  • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement.

Candidate Profile:

  • 3-5 years as Analyst /QA with experience in validation testing.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality assurance.
  • Ability to learn business processes quickly and apply that knowledge to testing scenarios.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS platforms, SQL, or Alteryx 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with dashboard or CRM testing is a plus (Salesforce experience is a strong benefit, but not mandatory).
  • Experience in the banking industry
