Apex Systems is seeking a Mobile Software Engineering Lead for one of their top clients in Des Moines, IA. This role would be a permanent position hybrid- onsite in the Des Moines metro. We invite interested candidates to email their resume to our local recruiter Hunter at [email protected].
The Software Engineering Lead plays a crucial role in leading a team of Software Engineers. Their responsibilities encompass technical analysis, solution discovery, design, prototyping, documentation, and overseeing the implementation of complex business solutions. Provides their team with deep technical expertise and effective leadership to address challenges. They are well-versed in front-end and back-end technologies, full-stack web development, cloud infrastructure, and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers.
  • Conduct technical analysis and solution design.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements.
  • Prototype and document software solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of complex systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve issues.

  • Great proven experience with mobile software development is key
  • Extensive technical experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and mobile app development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to align technical decisions with business goals.
  • Experience with front-end web frameworks, such as Angular and React.
  • Working knowledge of CI, CD, and infrastructure as code DevOps practices.
  • Experience in developing large scale funding and deployment plans.
  • Experience with SAFe and Product Management at Scale strategies.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, SFDC, and SAP.
  • Experience with Mobile frameworks such as React Native, Kotlin, Swift, and Xamarin/.NET MAUI
  • Experience with data migrations and integrations with enterprise-level applications.
