Position:  Chat Support Associate
Location: El Paso, TX 
Onsite Expectations: 4 days onsite for training (usually 5-8 weeks) and then transition to 3 days onsite (Tuesday - Thursday)
Estimated Duration: The client approximates that this project may last up to 4 months. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time.
Pay Rate Range:  $16/hr.
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:  
  • Chat experience is required
  • Call center experience is needed
  • Multitasking- multiple applications at one time (several screens opened at one time)
  • 90% chat 10% phone/email support
  • Really strong documentation skills (written)
  • Someone comfortable with change, they are changing/upgrading systems

  • Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
