Cyber Vault Solution Architect

Monday thru Friday, normal business hours EST

Must Have Skills:  Data Domain/Networker/Cyber Sense
Important to note - if the potential candidate has Cyber Vault/Networker experience and not Cyber Sense we will still consider provided the candidate agrees to complete the Cyber Sense training prior to starting the project
Project Tasks
• Monitor daily operations of Cyber Vault

o PowerProtect Cyber Recovery Manager operations
o Data Domain replication and health
o Monitor PowerProtect Cyber Recovery and CyberSense logs
o Investigate CyberSense alerts, prepare and escalate reports to customer for further action. Resident will not action on alerts

• Optimize the Cyber Vault components to ensure a smooth run state:

o Investigate and report on supportability of customer-initiated hardware and software changes to the Cyber Recovery Vault infrastructure and protected date including patching
o Manage capacity and performance of replication jobs

• Participate in the recovery and restore operations at the direction of the customer
• Provide knowledge transfer to the customer for PPCM and CyberSense operations
• Review backup set reports, CyberSense reporting and the stages of Cyber Sense analysis(indexing, segments etc)
• Conducts knowledge transfer to address the Customers skills and resource gaps of vault operations
• Resident will also assist the customer setting Networker policies for VM backups.
• Assist with Mtrees replication
