SITUATION
Everforth Apex needed a modern-day overhaul of our CRM system to match the realities of a technology business while proving our ability to deliver complex, integrated cloud solutions to customers. 

Existing tools were fragmented across Microsoft applications, ERP systems, and point solutions for candidate ratings and onboarding, creating redundant data, manual handoffs, and inconsistent reporting. 

The business wanted a single source of truth that could both streamline operations and act as a reference implementation for future client projects. One of the challenges was ensuring it was a stops-compliance solution.

Modernized system of record that integrates seamlessly with other enterprise platforms

SOLUTION
We built a tailored Sales Cloud as the CRM and integration hub. 

The solution uses a custom Sales Cloud scheme for customer journeys and designates Salesforce as the system of record to remove redundancy. 

MuleSoft Anypoint centralized integrations between Microsoft applications, ERP systems, and our legal and document management tool along with external SaaS connections that were fully integrated.

The architecture follows Salesforce-approved principles with external partner support and includes completion tracking and auditability. This deployment acted as “customer zero,” validating patterns and producing a repeatable blueprint for client projects.

RESULT
The program produced a consolidated Sales Cloud that improved operations and modernized the system of record.
