With over 25 years of experience in the IT services and consulting industry, Sean Casey serves as Executive Advisor to Everforth Apex, a role he assumed in February 2026.  Prior to his current role, Sean was President of Everforth Apex, strengthening our focus on operational results and productivity. His daily operational responsibilities ensured Everforth Apex was poised for success today and in the future. Sean began his career as Everforth Apex’s ninth employee, growing the company's geographic reach across North America and Canada. Later, he served as Vice President for 17 years then Chief Operating Officer for three years. Throughout his roles with Everforth Apex, Sean's focus remains on our people with the goal of uniting Everforth's commercial divisions across one global front.

Ashish Jandial

President, Commercial North America

Ashish Jandial has served as Everforth’s President, Commercial North America since February 2026 and brings over two decades of global consulting and technology services experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams across North America and India. Before Everforth, Mr. Jandial was Managing Director for the Consumer Industries Consulting Practice, North America at Accenture. In this capacity, he was responsible for sales execution, revenue growth, and practice profitability in the Consumer sector. He led consulting teams in collaboration with supply chain, finance, and talent transformation practices, expanded the use of AI-enabled and agent-led solutions, and enhanced strategic go-to-market partnerships with Tier 1 ecosystem partners. Joining Accenture in 2013, Mr. Jandial advanced through senior leadership roles within Accenture Song and the Products Client Group, including serving as Salesforce Practice Lead where he oversaw go-to-market strategy and solution development for multiple industry segments. Earlier in his career, Mr. Jandial spent thirteen years at Infosys Consulting, rising to Consulting Practice Head for Retail, CPG, Logistics, and Life Sciences. Mr. Jandial holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Pune, India, and a master of business administration degree from the University of Mumbai. He is actively involved in advancing computer science education through project-based learning initiatives and supports local food banks in the communities where he lives and works.

President, India and International

Sangita Singh has served as Everforth’s President India and International since February 2026. With more than thirty years of experience driving transformative growth in global technology and consulting organizations, Ms. Singh is renowned for her leadership and vision. At Everforth, she oversees international expansion and India-based go-to-market operations. Prior to joining Everforth, Ms. Singh was General Manager of IT and IT  Enabled Services (ITES) at Microsoft Bangalore, where she spearheaded a strategic pivot to large-scale deals and developed a pioneering playbook for AI-driven client partnerships, resulting in significant business growth. Ms. Singh also held leadership roles at IBM as General Manager, Cloud Applications in both the US and India, and as Executive Vice President of Healthcare and Life Sciences for Infosys. Ms. Singh launched her career at Wipro Technologies, progressing from Chief Marketing Officer for Global IT Businesses to Senior Vice President of Enterprise Application Services, and ultimately to Chief Executive of the Healthcare and Life Sciences Strategic Business Unit globally, during her 23-year tenure. Her achievements have been recognized with numerous prestigious awards, including being named one of Business Today’s 30 Most Powerful Women, a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, and one of India Today’s 50 on Fast Track. Beyond her corporate leadership, Ms. Singh is committed to social impact as a Partner at Social Venture Partners, mentoring NGO startups. In addition, she serves as an Independent Director on the Board of NIIT Limited, a global leader in skills and talent development. Singh holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Regional Engineering College, Durgapur, West Bengal, India.

Buddy Omohundro

Chief Administrative Officer

Buddy Omohundro serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Everforth Apex. With leadership responsibility over its corporate functions, he manages and advises the company on a broad range of business and legal issues across numerous areas.

Over the past 19 years, Buddy has also served as Chief Services Officer, Everforth Apex’s General Counsel, and a Senior Management Council member. He chairs Everforth Apex’s Principal Committee and Shared Services Council, in addition to serving on Everforth's ESG Committee. Buddy is also an active Richmond community member, serving on Virginia Commonwealth University’s Massey Cancer Advisory Board, the Richmond SPCA’s Board of Directors, and the Greater Richmond Partnership’s New Business Development Committee.

Buddy received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia. As well, he received a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, and his Master of Business Administration, with honors, from the University of Richmond, where he also served as the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Richmond Law Review.

Ed Perry is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the East Region and Stratacuity, a division of Everforth Apex, and our global Talent Strategy. He brings nearly 24 years of experience managing sales and talent strategy teams at Everforth Apex. He started as a Managing Director and has contributed to expanding the company's presence in the eastern region of North America and Europe. Ed's responsibilities include managing daily operations, setting company goals, improving processes, and ensuring performance. He has a degree in Communications from Appalachian State University.

Chief Revenue Officer - Technology

As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) - Technology of Everforth Apex, Nate Faris drives operational excellence, strategic growth, and innovation across the organization. With over 24 years of experience in IT services and consulting, he has played a pivotal role in Everforth Apex’s expansion since joining the company in 2001. Nate has been instrumental in opening new markets across North America, building high-performing teams, integrating strategic acquisitions, and developing go-to-market strategies that strengthen relationships with Everforth Apex’s most valued clients.

In his role, Nate oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the company’s long-term vision. He is actively involved in key initiatives, including the Everforth Apex Emerging Leaders program and the Everforth Leadership Council, and he serves as chair of the Strategic Planning Committee. His dedication to leadership development and operational excellence continues to position Everforth Apex as an industry leader, driving innovation and long-term success.

Chris Donnini

Chief Financial Officer

Chris Donnini is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Everforth Apex and is responsible for leading the Financial Accounting and Reporting team. He brings over a decade of experience as a corporate finance professional skilled in executing finance functional transformations. Chris also serves as Everforth's Treasurer.

His journey in finance began in 2006 at CarMax Inc., where he immersed himself in various accounting and finance roles, laying the foundation for his expertise. Chris's career continued at The Brink's Company, where he took on more significant roles from 2009 to 2019, ultimately serving as Director of Corporate Finance. His leadership and financial acumen were further solidified during his tenure as the Treasurer of Moog Inc. from 2020 to 2023, where he was responsible for a vast array of critical financial management functions including capital markets activities, debt and cash management, and financial risk management.

Beyond his primary roles, Chris has significantly contributed to enhancing the financial strength and acumen of the teams he has been part of, leveraging his in-depth understanding of business operations. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University, supplemented by a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation from the Association for Financial Professionals.

Chief Human Resources Officer

Michele McCauley serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for Everforth Apex, leading the strategy and oversight of the company’s talent acquisition, performance management, onboarding, and regulatory reporting. She also acts as Chief Human Resources Officer for the commercial segment of Everforth, Incorporated. With nearly 25 years of experience, she plays an instrumental role in building the internal infrastructure and shared services teams at Everforth Apex. Her leadership has led to a growing portfolio of global accolades including ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® in Talent Satisfaction in the United States and Great Place to Work® in the United Kingdom and Mexico.

Michele led and developed Everforth Apex’s first Employee Resource Groups more than 10 years ago, focused on fostering diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. This early work has since evolved into Everforth Apex’s overarching Corporate Social Responsibility committee, still led by Michelle today. Additionally, these groups were a precursor to Everforth Incorporated's Environmental, Social, and Governance framework. 

Michele's dedication to social responsibility is evident in her work as an executive sponsor for Everforth Apex System's philanthropy committee, which has raised over $1.1 million for the American Cancer Society. Michele graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is a member of the Workforce and Education Executive Committee for the Virginia Chamber of Commerce. She provides thought leadership and advice on policy research that aids in implementing innovative workforce and education goals for the state of Virginia. Michele has been recognized three times on SIA's Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing list for her leadership and contributions across the industry.

 

Don Gilbert

Chief Information Officer

Don Gilbert has served as the Chief Information Officer since January of 2024. Don is a seasoned strategic technology executive with a distinguished career spanning over 25 years. His expertise lies in business transformation, global delivery, and process optimization, and he has delivered exceptional results throughout his career in the distribution, financial service, consulting, and healthcare industries.

Most recently, as the Enterprise CIO at CorroHealth, Don oversaw enterprise systems, infrastructure, and information security, supporting a global workforce of over 10,000 associates. Prior to his role at CorroHealth, Don served as the Enterprise IT Vice President and Divisional CIO at Performance Food Group and, before that, the Director of Information Technology at Capital One Financial.

Don holds an MS in Management Information Systems from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and a BS in Finance and Management from the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond.

Chief Talent Strategy Officer

As the Chief Talent Strategy Officer for Everforth Apex, Rob Lowry is responsible for delivering exceptional talent to our clients across the US and Canada.  This includes the ongoing transformation and development of Everforth Apex’s digital talent acquisition strategy, building strong relationships and providing superior customer service to our consultants, and leadership and professional development for the company’s Recruiters and Delivery Managers.  Rob began his career with Everforth Apex in 1996 and is a member of the Everforth Apex Senior Management Council and Senior Field Leadership Team.  He is originally from Arlington, VA and is a 1995 graduate of Virginia Tech where he earned a BS in Finance.

James Boucher is the Chief Solutions Officer (CSO) at Everforth Apex, where he leads the Solutions Delivery Organization. With almost two decades of experience, James plays a crucial role in the strategic growth of the company, including international expansion, acquisitions and integrations, and enhancing our technology services. As CSO, he oversees teams responsible for Everforth Apex’s Technology Capability and Partnership offerings, while also guiding thousands of onshore and nearshore consultants and skilled engagement managers. James graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington. His leadership ensures that Everforth Apex remains innovative and client-focused, consistently delivering high-quality solutions to meet the evolving needs of their clients.
