He is known for his talent acquisition capabilities related to partnering with AppDev, AI and other technical professionals, hands-on approach to candidate engagement and his innovation and leadership in leveraging AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to streamline recruiting workflows and help lead his candidates to success. He frequently contributes to internal initiatives such as the global committees and pilots, has been recognized many years in a row as 'Recruiter of the Year' for the company.
Melissa Manion - Director – Strategy and Transformation Solutions
Melissa partners with clients and internal teams around business and technology strategy, PMO services, and organizational change management. Melissa is a frequent speaker and panelist, with upcoming engagements such as a keynote speaker at the PMI Wisconsin Professional Development Day.
