Apex Systems helps clients grow their business by enhancing people’s lives and helping consultants progress toward rewarding careers. Our mission statement and policies set a framework for ethical conduct, human relations, environmental sustainability, and transparency as well as accountability and compliance with our clients’ requirements. We are invested in creating long-term partnerships with clients and consultants that strengthen communities, help tackle social challenges, and solve complex problems. We encourage employees to explore their passions, business skills, and expertise to make meaningful contributions to the world around them.
Empowering Each Other
Our core values are central to everything we do and are at the heart and soul of Apex. They are what we believe in, who we are, and we are passionately committed to them.
Core Values
- Will to Win – We achieve success through collaborative resourcefulness and unyielding resilience.
- Do the Right Thing – We drive solutions through honesty and integrity.
- Make Others Better – We evolve, adapt, and support one another through intentional mentorship and development.
- Respect for All – We are accountable for cultivating authentic and inclusive relationships.
Together with our clients and consultants, we continue to make an impact through contributions to nonprofits and communities across North America.

Giving Back to Our Communities
We have created a united front among the communities where our employees live and work. Our Quarter of Caring expands our support of local communities and organizations. Each of our offices across North America coordinate events throughout the year with the fourth quarter designated as Apex's campaign. Employees are encouraged to donate and volunteer to support charities important in their community. Apex provides one day of paid leave time, per employee, per year to participate in philanthropic activities.

Providing Opportunities
We are passionate about cultivating partnerships and providing more opportunities for those in need by supporting STEM initiatives that share our core values. STEMs are a cornerstone for supporting individuals through our philanthropy programs and partnerships, including diverse and underserved communities throughout North America.
In addition to financially contributing to our STEM partners, our staff organizes career readiness presentations, mentor relationships, job interview prep sessions, resume-writing workshops, business attire drives, and more. Together, we align individuals with the essential resources needed for improved opportunities along their career journey. National Corporate Partner Against Cancer
Apex has been a Partner Against Cancer since the American Cancer Society (ACS) was adopted as our corporate philanthropy in 2009. The ACS was chosen to honor many members of the Apex family of employees, consultants, and clients who have been affected by cancer. We have proudly raised over $1,000,000 for the ACS since our relationship began.
"At the ACS our mission is to save lives, celebrate lives and lead the fight for a world without cancer, but this isn't something we can do ourselves; it takes incredible partners like Apex Systems who join us in this fight," said Brant Woodward, American Cancer Society Senior Executive Vice President.
Visit our podcast today to learn more about our partnership.
Over the last two years we have partnered with the ACS to host video game tournaments, ‘Gamers VS Cancer’ to raise more donations and awareness.
