Leon Pendergraph III serves as the Talent Strategy Lead for our Mid Atlantic North Region, covering DC, Maryland, and Virginia. After completing his undergraduate degree, Leon began his career at Everforth Apex in 2016 as a Contractor Relationship Coordinator. He quickly progressed to a recruiter role in 2017, earning the title of "Rookie of the Year" shortly thereafter. Climbing the ladder to Senior Professional Recruiter and eventually Talent Strategy Lead, Leon now leverages his leadership skills, industry knowledge, and technical acumen to add value across his region and talent pool. He specializes in recruiting strategies for Federal IT Services, particularly in Cloud Computing and Cyber, while also focusing on cultivating entry-level talent. Leon aims to shape Everforth Apex’s long-term technology staffing initiatives and promote grassroots technical education to meet the evolving needs of clients.
