With over 40 years of experience in sales and three years with Everforth Apex, she specializes in recruiting for a variety of roles, primarily within Applications. Cami is passionate about helping talented individuals secure their dream jobs, which is the highlight of her work each day. She deeply values the connections she builds with her consultants and takes pride in supporting them throughout their professional journeys. Leon Pendergraph III serves as the Talent Strategy Lead for our Mid Atlantic North Region, covering DC, Maryland, and Virginia. After completing his undergraduate degree, Leon began his career at Everforth Apex in 2016 as a Contractor Relationship Coordinator. He quickly progressed to a recruiter role in 2017, earning the title of "Rookie of the Year" shortly thereafter. Climbing the ladder to Senior Professional Recruiter and eventually Talent Strategy Lead, Leon now leverages his leadership skills, industry knowledge, and technical acumen to add value across his region and talent pool. He specializes in recruiting strategies for Federal IT Services, particularly in Cloud Computing and Cyber, while also focusing on cultivating entry-level talent. Leon aims to shape Everforth Apex’s long-term technology staffing initiatives and promote grassroots technical education to meet the evolving needs of clients.
