We're very excited to welcome Delvin, the President of the IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis), to discuss 5 key strategies to be the most effective Business Analyst you can be!

IIBA’s mission is to help every person achieve more. What does that mean for business analysts today? Amid historic change, how we work is just as important as the work we do. We make an impact by holding our titles loosely, prioritizing our valuable roles within organizations. We lead by stepping out of our comfort zone, scrutinizing the broader context of the task. We accelerate our work by foregrounding data and being nimble when faced with challenges and opportunities. Finally, we are most effective when healthy tension replaces debate in our methodologies, when freedom to adapt replaces resistance to change.

***IIBA is a nonprofit focused on providing valuable educational resources, networking opportunities, and more to the BA community. They have an extensive knowledge center and offer free public webinars which you can access via https://www.iiba.org/professional-development/knowledge-centre/webinars/ ***
