Navigating a new client/company culture is not just about learning the org chart. It is about reading the room, adapting your approach, and earning trust without losing your authenticity. In this engaging session, two organizational change consultants and coaches from Everforth Apex, Naomi Kent & Luba Sakharuk, will provide practical strategies based on real-world consulting experience and cultural frameworks such as Hofstede's model and The Culture Factor.
You will explore how to assess cultural cues, set empathetic boundaries, and flex your consulting style without compromising your values. Whether you are onboarding with a new client or shifting between engagements or internal team projects, this session offers tools to increase your impact and avoid common missteps.
Expect to leave with:
• A five-minute cultural audit you can use immediately
• Clarity on what it means to “succeed” culturally, not just strategically
• Practical techniques for balancing credibility, empathy, and adaptability
• Insight into how cultural awareness influences trust, feedback, and influence
This session is ideal for consultants, team leads, and change agents who want to elevate their cultural intelligence and strengthen client relationships without losing themselves in the process.
