In today’s environment, innovation and AI are accelerating change faster than clarity can keep up. Leaders are expected to make decisions, communicate direction, and move work forward— even when information is incomplete and the path ahead isn’t fully defined. For project and program leaders, this means balancing action with judgment, making decisions with incomplete information, and maintaining momentum when certainty is unavailable. Leading When the Path Isn’t Clear explores how leadership is shifting in response to this new reality. Rather than relying on certainty, leaders must develop the ability to think clearly, listen deeply, and act with sound judgment in moments of ambiguity. Through compelling stories and practical insights, this session challenges traditional assumptions about confidence and equips leaders to navigate complexity with greater presence, perception, and effectiveness.

Participants will learn how to:

• Lead with confidence when certainty is unavailable.

• Make sound decisions in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

• Use listening, judgment, and communication to maintain momentum and alignment.
