Amanda Dawe is a Lead Consultant at Everforth Apex, where she supports clients with their Agile practices. Her significant experience in digital transformation began with a major project where she onboarded 180 developers over a year and a half, streamlining the process to make new hires productive instantly. Amanda's passion for onboarding and improving employee experience led her to take a lead role in a current initiative aimed at enhancing the onboarding process within the Strategy & Transformation team at Everforth Apex.
Alejandra Mancera has been with Everforth Apex for nearly eight years, having joined as part of an acquisition. She manages an HR team in Mexico, overseeing employee relations, onboarding, benefits, and compensation. Alejandra has been instrumental in modeling the HR structure in Mexico, handling all onboarding, HR process alignment and several systems project. Alejandra's led extensive employee growth, leading to a team now over 1300 employees, including a mixture of both on-site and remote employees.
Tiffany Ellington is an Associate Director of Talent Development at Everforth Apex. Her main responsibilities include ensuring the company adheres to legal standards and requirements in regards to background screening, paperwork, and compliance training. In addition, she runs a 2.5-day blended learning onboarding program to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company culture and operations. With over 10 years in talent management, Tiffany has a proven track record in engaging employees through onboarding.
