Based in Raleigh, Kristina is known for her exceptional leadership skills and her ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. She is actively involved in community initiatives and enjoys participating in events that promote team building and professional development. Kristina has contributed her knowledge to Fortune 500 companies, professional associations like the Raleigh PMI Chapter, and spoken at conferences and national associations including the BA World/Project Summit conference series.

Erica Woods is the Director of Contractor Programs and Philanthropy at Everforth Apex, where she creates and oversees programs and resources that support a community of over 16,000 IT consultants. She's spent much of her 20 years of experience in the IT industry doing internal and external coaching in the areas of career development, leadership and loves topics such as giving back and team building. She has co-founded 3 community/volunteer Meetups, including Tampa Tech4Good and 100 Techies Who Care, is an Author for MSSQLTips.com, and speaks at conferences such as Dev2Next, BA World/Project Summit, and Code Camps.
