Systems Engineer

Location: Moorestown, New Jersey (On-site Monday-Thursday 4x10 shifts. Off Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Employment Type: w2 long term Contract

 

Role Overview

A position is available for a Systems Engineer to support mission-critical programs. This role will focus on systems engineering across modeling and simulation, requirements development and traceability, system architecture, integration and test, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in systems engineering and a background in complex technical environments.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development, integration, and sustainment of complex systems across the full engineering lifecycle.
  • Perform modeling, simulation, and technical analysis using MATLAB.
  • Develop, analyze, decompose, and trace system and software requirements.
  • Support system architecture, trade studies, and technical baseline development.
  • Participate in integration, verification, validation, and test activities.
  • Partner with software, hardware, and test teams to evaluate system performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, engineering reviews, and program deliverables.

 

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.

 

Experience: 4 or more years of Systems Engineering experience, including the development of system and software requirements and associated analysis and testing.

 

Clearance: U.S. Citizenship is required. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level.

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • Experience with MATLAB or Simulink.
  • Experience with DOORS.
  • Experience with SysML and MBSE tools.
  • Experience with modeling, simulation, and analysis of Radar algorithms and radar scene environments.
Compensation & Benefits

The estimated pay rate for this position is $70.00/hr to $100.00/hr. The final rate will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
