Provide mentoring, training, and technical guidance to peers and less-experienced staff.

Required Qualifications

2–4 years of relevant engineering or network transport planning experience.

Foundational knowledge of network transport engineering and transport network technologies.

   Capacity management and data-analysis skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate across engineering, design, and field teams.

   Competent computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with one or more telecom transport planning or inventory systems (TIRKS, ASPEN Portal, Metasolv, LCAM, Fireworks).

Tier 1 US telecom service provider experience.

Experience preparing planning or funding packages for field and design engineering execution.

Capital and expense budget management, including monthly cost-estimate maintenance.
