Job Description:
📍 Location: Mostly Remote
We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to support a dynamic engineering project environment. This onsite role requires strong hands-on troubleshooting skills, deep knowledge of routing and switching, and the ability to work across a multi-vendor infrastructure. You will play a key role in maintaining network reliability, optimizing performance, and supporting ongoing infrastructure initiatives. Experience with Aruba and Cisco switching platforms, as well as Aruba Central and SolarWinds, is essential.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support in an onsite NOC environment.
- Configure, manage, and maintain Aruba and Cisco switches.
- Use Aruba Central for network visibility, configuration management, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor network health and performance using SolarWinds and other diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement network improvements.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, asset inventories, and cabling standards.
- Support network upgrades, migrations, and other infrastructure-related projects.
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering within an enterprise or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols and configurations.
- Hands-on experience with Aruba and Cisco switching technologies.
- Proficiency with Aruba Central and SolarWinds.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP or Aruba Certified Switching Professional.
- Experience with network automation or scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible).
- Familiarity with wireless networking concepts and security protocols.
