MUST HAVES:

  • Authorized to work in the US | 1-2+ Years of overall IT HW experience
  • RELIABLE own transportation to travel to all Inova hospitals and offsites | Ability to pass a background check & drug screen
  • Experience with HW deployment, HW troubleshooting, cable management,
  • Obtain Immunizations below

 

Pay Rate: 29.24/hr.

Target Start Date: ASAP 

 

The role is a desktop support role with travel (mileage between multiple sites within a day would be reimbursed) to needed multiple sites (Falls Church, Fairfax, Alexandria, Sterling, Fair Oaks). 

 

Hardware Deployment Technician – Special Projects

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardware Deployment Technician to support various special projects across multiple locations. This role involves deploying and configuring hardware, ensuring seamless user experiences, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure PCs, including software loading and cable management.
  • Set up and register users with Imprivata Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Travel to assigned locations and ambulatory sites as needed.
  • Work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members and site staff to ensure smooth deployments.

 

Requirements

  • Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation.
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

 

Immunizations Required:

  • proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella and varicella by 2 vaccinations (shot records) or evidenced by lab/titer results.
  • hepatitis B immunization is required to be offered. If Contingent Resource refuses, signed attestation is required.’
  • Proof of annual TB Screen (Skin test, blood test or documentation of a positive TB test with a normal chest x-ray report. Evidence of annual TB screen required.)
  • Proof of annual influenza immunization since start of current flu season
  • Proof of immunity to TDaP (Pertussis) Must have own transportation.
