Location: Columbia, MD (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex development, automation tools, integrations, and Salesforce security models. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality, performance-driven Salesforce solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) using JavaScript, HTML, and Salesforce Lightning framework.
  • Build and optimize Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
  • Write efficient SOQL and SOSL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting.
  • Configure and enhance Flows and Process Builder to automate business processes.
  • Create and maintain Reports and Dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
  • Design and implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems.
  • Implement and manage Platform Events to support event-driven architectures.
  • Configure and manage Salesforce security and sharing models, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Participate in code reviews, deployments, testing, and release activities.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Proficient in Apex programming, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
  • Solid understanding of SOQL and SOSL.
  • Experience with Flow Builder and Process Builder for automation.
  • Hands-on experience building Reports & Dashboards.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing architecture.
  • Experience working with Platform Events.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (CI/CD).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to other Salesforce clouds (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud).
Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is between $55.00/hour and $60.00/hour. Additional benefits may be available to eligible employees.
