- Drive backlog prioritization based on business value, platform impact, and delivery feasibility
- Act as the decision point for prioritization and sequencing of work across multiple initiatives
- Provide direction on scope clarity, feasibility, and expected outcomes
- Navigate and organize unstructured workstreams, helping bring clarity to ambiguous requests
- Partner with business, PMO, and technical teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies and take ownership in driving resolution
- Support platform evolution efforts, including ongoing migration to a SaaS‑based environment
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role within enterprise environments
- Demonstrated experience owning backlog prioritization and trade‑off decisions
- Experience managing competing stakeholder intake and driving prioritization outcomes
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across business and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms (CRM, OMS, energy/utilities, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms
- Experience supporting platform transformation or modernization initiatives
- Background working in environments focused on improving delivery performance and execution
