Senior Change Manager

Location: San Antonio, Texas (Onsite)

Role Overview

The Senior Change Manager will lead organizational change management efforts for a large-scale ERP transformation. This role involves proactively identifying gaps in change strategies, guiding project teams toward successful adoption, and ensuring all stakeholders remain informed and engaged. This position applies the Prosci structured change management methodology to design and execute comprehensive change strategies and produce high-quality deliverables.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Support and refine the overall Change Management Strategy for the ERP transformation.
  • Develop actionable core change management deliverables, including sponsor roadmaps, people manager enablement plans, and communications and training strategies.
  • Create and execute extended change plans as needed, such as resistance management and sustainment plans.
  • Define success metrics, track adoption, and monitor the effectiveness of change over time.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses, translating insights into actionable plans.
  • Coach sponsors, people leaders, supervisors, and change coordinators to reinforce adoption.
  • Integrate change management activities into the overall project and implementation plan.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Ensure all change deliverables are properly documented, stored, and maintained in accordance with program standards.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, or organizational transformation, with at least 3 years of consulting experience supporting large enterprise or ERP-driven transformations.

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

 

Technical Skills: Current Prosci Change Management Certification.

 
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in organizational change management.
  • Extensive experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Leadership, or a similar discipline.
  • Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification from ACMP.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and full project life cycles.
Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $70.00 per hour.
