UX Designer III

Location: Stamford, Connecticut (Onsite)

Role Overview

The CX Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping unified, intuitive, and customer-centric experiences following a significant company merger. This role will lead CX Design efforts across products, services, and digital touchpoints. You will translate business requirements and customer insights into seamless end-to-end journeys, collaborating with cross-functional partners to identify friction points and deliver innovative design solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer experience analysis, journey mapping, and service blueprinting.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and brand teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Design and create wireframes for products, and develop and test prototypes.
  • Introduce modifications based on testing and user feedback to refine products.
  • Translate newly combined capabilities into cohesive end-to-end user experiences.
  • Evaluate product success and customer feedback post-launch to inform future editions.
Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related computer field is generally required. Experience may be substituted for education in some cases.

 

Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience in UX (user experience) design or design strategy is necessary. A portfolio of previous work may be required.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Figma for design and prototyping.
  • Proficiency in designing user journeys and flows.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, HTML, CAD, and CSS.

The DSCX team is dedicated to improving and delivering exceptional customer experiences across all service touchpoints. The team comprises three groups: Support Content, CX Design, and CX Journeys. These teams work together to ensure customers have seamless interactions. Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this position is set at a rate of $50 - $60 per hour.
