A forward-thinking, agile team is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead the definition, roadmap, and delivery of data products. This role will partner with marketing business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams to define data-driven solutions. This position is essential in the mission to provide secure, scalable, and innovative data solutions.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for marketing data products, from discovery and requirements to roadmap definition, prioritization, and delivery.
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to translate business questions into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Collaborate with data engineers to guide the ingestion, transformation, and modeling of complex marketing datasets.
- Lead the design and implementation of reporting, dashboards, data products, and analytics products serving various marketing groups.
- Use AI-assisted tools to prototype ideas, speed up discovery, and de-risk engineering investment.
- Use data and discovery to inform decisions and validate key assumptions before committing resources.
- Help frame problems, prioritize across competing requests, and make trade-offs explicit.
- Conduct stakeholder demos, roadmap reviews, and backlog grooming in alignment with agile ceremonies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both technical teams and marketing stakeholder groups.
Experience: A background in marketing, with prior experience in marketing analytics. Must be able to understand data.
Technical Skills: Must be familiar with AI tools and demonstrate curiosity about emerging technologies.
- SQL skills; ability to independently query, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
- Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with scripting or statistical tools (e.g., Python, R).
- Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, dbt).
This position is on-site from Monday to Thursday.
