Job Description:
Executive IT Services Specialist role supporting Vanguard’s C‑suite, Board members, and senior leadership. This is a white‑glove, hands‑on position focused on delivering seamless, secure technology experiences for VIP users in a large enterprise environment.

Length: 12+ Month contract, Option to convert PERM after 6 months
Key responsibilities:
- Provide priority, concierge‑level IT support for ~200 executives and principals
- Own end‑to‑end support for Windows/macOS devices, iOS (iPhone/iPad), and executive AV
- Support Microsoft 365 workloads and executive collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom)
- Perform proactive maintenance, patching, and device lifecycle management
- Troubleshoot complex desktop, mobile, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and conferencing issues under pressure
- Serve as a trusted IT advisor with strong discretion and executive presence
- Partner with Network, Security, and Enterprise IT teams for escalations
- Participate in on‑call rotations and ~15–25% travel for board meetings and executive events
Technical environment & tools (hands‑on):
- Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, macOS
- Mobile Platforms: iOS (iPhone/iPad); Android exposure preferred
- Endpoint & MDM: Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro
- Productivity & Collaboration: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), OneDrive, SharePoint
- Video Conferencing & AV: Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, Google Meet, executive conference room AV
- Identity & Access: Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA, conditional access
- Networking: VPN clients, enterprise Wi‑Fi, basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting
- Security: Endpoint security tools, encryption, executive data protection best practices
- Hardware: Laptops/desktops, mobile devices, docks, peripherals, and executive accessories
Ideal background:
- Several years IT support experience; supporting C‑suite / VIP users
- Strong Windows, macOS, and iOS experience in enterprise environments
- Proven executive‑facing support with high discretion and urgency
- Certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft, or Apple are a plus
The role is onsite in Wayne, PA and supports leaders whose technology must work flawlessly at all times.
