Job Description:
Location: Fairfax, Virginia (Remote)
We are seeking a BD/AI Analyst to drive innovation within our growth function. This role focuses on leveraging Generative AI, Salesforce, and analytical skills to enhance business development and competitive positioning. The ideal candidate will be a junior professional with a strong interest in AI technologies, including agentic AI, and a drive to become an indispensable member of the team. This position offers flexibility in location and compensation structure for the right individual.
- Develop and expand generative AI-driven research and analysis capabilities to support business growth.
- Manage and utilize Salesforce and the Technomile NoticesIQ tool to monitor and distribute solicitation information.
- Conduct research and analysis of the US Federal Government IT market, including competitor, customer, and market trends.
- Generate and analyze metrics, reports, and graphics from Salesforce data for executive leadership.
- Oversee growth administration tasks, including scheduling, calendar management, and meeting content preparation.
- Manage industry consortium memberships, including invoicing, member changes, and governance documentation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Sciences, Business, Management Information Systems, History, Journalism, Criminal Justice, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in research, analysis, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience using enterprise LLMs (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini Pro, Perplexity) for business applications.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Exceptional written communication skills for crafting executive-level reports and briefings.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- 1+ years of experience in Federal Government/Government Contracting growth functions like business development, marketing, or proposal development.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- 1+ years of experience with advanced prompt engineering techniques, including role-based prompting, chain-of-thought, and RAG implementations.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning abilities.
