We are seeking a professional Elevate Program Host to support the delivery of a system-wide leadership development program. This role serves as the operational host for instructor-led classes, ensuring a consistent and inclusive learning experience for participants in a virtual environment. The Host is responsible for opening and closing sessions, managing attendance and logistics, supporting instructors and participants, and reinforcing company values.
- Host assigned virtual classes.
- Remain present and engaged for the full duration of each session.
- Join sessions early to prepare logistics and connect with the instructor.
- Deliver required opening and closing remarks, including welcome, safety, and inclusion moments.
- Introduce instructors and support smooth transitions.
- Track attendance, follow up with no-shows, and submit documentation within 24 hours.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for instructors and participants during the session.
- Support basic logistics, including chat support for virtual sessions.
- Coordinate the collection and distribution of participant post-session survey data.
- Provide feedback on course content and facilitator delivery.
- Manage session recordings in accordance with established guidelines.
Experience: Experience supporting training sessions, meetings, or facilitated events. Availability to host multiple sessions throughout the year is required.
Technical Skills: Comfort using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other virtual meeting tools. Must have reliable technology and internet access for virtual sessions.
Abilities: Strong verbal communication and professional presence. Ability to confidently deliver scripted content, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a commitment to confidentiality.
The anticipated pay range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
