Location: Surrey, British Columbia (Partial Remote)
Employment Type: Contract
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM), specifically Inventory Management and Procurement. This intermediate-level contract role will support an enterprise SAP ECC environment, focusing on process improvements, solution design, and implementation support for an AMI project and an SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Analyze current and future-state business and system processes.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and define solution enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into functional SAP ECC solutions.
- Support Inventory Management and Procurement processes, including goods receipt, stock transfers, cycle counting, and Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASN).
- Configure, test, and document SAP MM solutions.
- Support integrations between SAP and barcode/RF scanning applications.
- Develop implementation recommendations and create business cases for SAP enhancements.
- Facilitate end-user training and provide best-practice guidance.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Asset Management, and project teams.
- Proven experience as a SAP Business Analyst supporting SAP Materials Management (MM).
- Hands-on experience with Inventory Management and Procurement modules.
- Experience working in an SAP ECC environment.
- Ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
- Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, documentation, and training.
- Experience in the utilities industry.
- Exposure to SAP IS-U Device Management.
- Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Experience supporting large, regulated enterprise environments.
- Integration experience with barcode/RF scanning tools.
- This is a contract position with a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence three days per week.
