Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 3
Location: Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Contract Length: 24 months
An opportunity is available for a Business Execution Consultant to join the Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) team. This role is focused on ensuring all devices on the network are identified and documented accurately in the ServiceNow inventory system. The consultant will have a lead role in triaging, assigning, and tracking remediation efforts for hardware discrepancies to support security initiatives and vulnerability response efforts. This position is instrumental in trend analysis, root cause identification, and process enhancements for ServiceNow.
- Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute the remediation of asset discrepancies.
- Perform assessments through fact-finding and data analysis to solve complex issues and develop appropriate solutions.
- Review new and outstanding data attributes within the ServiceNow database to identify and assign items for tracking.
- Work with key stakeholders to continually review assigned tasks and drive them to remediation.
- Provide asset expertise to support resources to ensure timely remediation and escalate as warranted to meet service-level agreements.
- Perform recurring data analysis to identify trends and potential gaps in processes or tools.
- Maintain awareness of ServiceNow tool enhancement opportunities and participate in the Agile development process.
- Produce necessary data for leadership to calculate key metrics and provide input for any exceptions.
- Provide technical guidance on the ServiceNow solution to less experienced users.
Experience: 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Technical Skills:
- 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
- 1+ years of working knowledge of IT infrastructure, such as managing, supporting, or implementing IT infrastructure and/or network topology.
- Strong analytical and business analysis skills with asset management experience.
- Experience in asset and inventory management, including SACM processes.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
- Experience in an Agile development environment.
- Reporting and dashboarding experience, including the use of Excel and tracking key metrics.
The pay rate for this position is between $53.00 and $57.00 per hour. Specific benefits available to contract-based employees may be discussed during the application process.
