Length: 6+ Month W2 Contract
We are seeking a Senior Digital Technical Product Manager to facilitate the discovery, delivery, and performance of digital and technology products. This role focuses on building relationships within the PnC Insurance sector, driving member-centric changes, and fostering strategic partnerships. The position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize customer experiences, designing multi-platform solutions, and developing product strategy to meet key performance indicators.
- Build and maintain relationships with PnC Insurance partners to drive strategic initiatives and gain buy-in for member-centric changes.
- Leverage digital and technology research, market intelligence, and data-driven insights to identify opportunities and create product roadmaps.
- Translate product opportunities into initiatives, including requirements, epics, and features, and drive the execution strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams to discover and build new digital products, experiences, and features aligned with strategic priorities.
- Develop business case artifacts and hypotheses for scoping and prioritizing efforts.
- Utilize data-driven problem-solving to understand and report on product performance against KPIs and KRIs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on complex concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
- Ensure risks associated with business activities are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled according to risk and compliance policies.
- Experience in Digital/Technology Product Management, including areas such as Strategy/Planning, Innovation, User Experience, Process Engineering, Analytics, or Research/Testing.
- Strong acumen in PnC Insurance.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.
- Proven ability to develop, influence, and present complex concepts to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Experience working in an Agile, Lean Product Development, and Lean Portfolio Management environment.
- Knowledge of digital and technology strategy as it relates to roadmap development, journey mapping, competitive analysis, and Human Centered Design concepts.
The pay rate for this position is between $65 and $70 per hour.
