Epic PB Analyst (Professional Billing) – 100% Remote

We are partnering with a large, integrated healthcare system supporting multiple hospitals and community-based care sites. This organization is actively expanding its Epic footprint and is seeking an experienced Epic PB Analyst to support Professional Billing across community connect locations.

Position Overview

The Epic PB Analyst will support, configure, and optimize Epic Professional Billing (PB) and PB Claims functionality. This role will work closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure efficient billing workflows and system performance across a distributed healthcare network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support for Epic Professional Billing (PB) and PB Claims
  • Configure, build, and maintain Epic application content
  • Partner with business and operational teams to gather requirements and validate solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate risks impacting deliverables
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Create and maintain documentation including workflows, build specs, and user guides
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT teams, end users, and vendors
  • Participate in on-call or after-hours support as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Epic PB Certification (active and in good standing)
  • Hands-on experience supporting Epic PB and PB Claims
  • Experience supporting Community Connect sites is strongly preferred
  • Background in EHR implementation, optimization, and support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including working with large datasets
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
  • Healthcare enterprise or large-system experience
  • Experience supporting multi-site or distributed environments
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
