Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid)
Employment Type: 6 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $30.00 and $32.00 per hour.

In this contingent resource assignment, you may participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Commercial Loan Closing. This role involves reviewing and analyzing commercial loan assignments, requiring research and evaluation to resolve challenges. You will exercise some independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Book and fund commercial loans using LoanIQ.
- Process funding requests and handle internal money movement activities.
- Support day-to-day operations within Commercial Lending during a system migration.
- Respond to inquiries from lines of business and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in reducing the learning curve for LoanIQ adoption across teams.
- Review loan documentation and ensure compliance with credit agreements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities during the system transition.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely loan processing.
- Maintain accuracy and adherence to compliance and operational standards.
Experience: 2+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with LoanIQ for booking and funding loans, and a strong understanding of commercial loan credit agreements and lending operations.
- Experience with the AFS system.
- Ability to support system migrations and process transitions.
- Experience handling funding requests and internal money movement processes.
- Analytical and operational problem-solving skills.
The pay rate for this position is between $30.00 and $32.00 per hour. Contract employees may be eligible for benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
