Location: This position may be based in Austin, TX, Brownwood, TX, Odessa, TX, San Angelo, TX, or Waco,TX.
Onsite 5 days (with occasional regional travel)
Candidate may be required to work evenings or weekends to meet business needs and deadlines

TxDOT Work to Be Accomplished
The selected candidate will have experience in a Team Lead, Manager, or Leadership capacity. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and administering disciplinary actions. The individual will serve as an escalation point and assist in troubleshooting and resolving both software and hardware issues as needed.
Additional responsibilities include providing technical support, delivering training, developing processes, and leading various project initiatives. The candidate will be expected to serve as a strong local leader and mentor to junior Technicians.
Minimum Years of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- 4 years – Experience providing “white-glove” executive-level support
- 5 years – Experience leading a support team
- 5 years – Experience in KPI management
- 5 years – Experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in an enterprise environment
- 5 years – Experience supporting Microsoft productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years – Experience creating technical knowledge articles
- 4 years – Experience utilizing ServiceNow in a support environment
- 5 years – Experience working in a multi-vendor support environment
