Location: Charlotte, NC; Chandler, AZ; Irving, TX (Hybrid)
Employment Type: 12 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $53/hr - $57/hr

This role provides technical engineering and operational support for the Automated Password Reset (APS) application, built on the Bravura Password Manager platform. The position focuses on platform stability, configuration, integration support, and the operational health of the APS system. This role is critical to maintaining system reliability, supporting audit and regulatory commitments, and reducing operational risk.
- Provide technical operational support for the APS platform and Bravura Password Manager.
- Support configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of integrations with enterprise credential systems like Active Directory, Oracle, and mainframe platforms.
- Assist in incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.
- Support platform upgrades, vendor patches, and post-upgrade stabilization activities.
- Perform environment validation and health checks across development, QA, and production environments.
- Support access, entitlement, and password-management workflows across integrated systems.
- Collaborate with software engineers, IAM architects, and service owners to ensure smooth handoffs between development and operations.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies as a platform subject matter expert.
- Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and operational readiness artifacts.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience with Password or Credential Management (PAM) systems.
Technical Skills: Experience with SQL, Python, and LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) is required. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to take initiative and dive into troubleshooting complex systems.
- 1-2 years of software development experience.
- Familiarity with PAM tools such as Bravura Password Manager, CyberArk, or SailPoint.
- Experience working within regulated industries, such as financial services or healthcare.
- Possession of a CISSP certification.
This position follows a typical five-day business schedule with a hybrid work model requiring three days onsite. While not a first-line support role, the individual may be pulled into emergency issues and participate in changes to production that could occur after hours on an ad-hoc basis, within a 40-hour work week.
