OCM Program Manager - PKI Focused

Location: Southlake, Texas or Phoenix, AZ

 

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager specializing in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead enterprise-level transformation initiatives. This role requires a professional with leadership capabilities, program-level oversight experience, and expertise in PKI, data protection, and cryptography environments. The ideal candidate will be a leader capable of driving alignment across executive stakeholders, managing large-scale OCM strategies, and ensuring successful adoption of technical programs.


Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and manage large-scale, enterprise-wide OCM programs with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as the primary point of leadership across program stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams.
  • Drive program-level communication, alignment, and strategic execution.

Executive Communications & Alignment

  • Develop and deliver executive-level communications, including presentations, reports, and program updates.
  • Establish alignment methodologies to ensure stakeholder engagement and transparency.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure consistent messaging and program integration.

OCM Governance & Oversight

  • Establish and maintain OCM governance frameworks and oversight models.
  • Lead sponsor coalition engagement and ensure active participation from executive stakeholders.
  • Define and enforce OCM standards, processes, and best practices.

OCM Roadmap Execution (PKI Integration Program)

  • Drive the execution of the OCM roadmap related to PKI and data protection initiatives.
  • Ensure successful change adoption across technical and business teams.
  • Align program milestones with organizational readiness and transformation goals.

Metrics & Reporting

  • Define, track, and distribute key performance indicators (KPIs) and program metrics.
  • Provide regular reporting on program health, risks, and adoption progress.
  • Use data insights to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of program-level experience managing complex initiatives.
  • Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), *with certification preferred (e.g., Prosci or equivalent).
  • Strong program management and leadership experience, including team oversight and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at executive and program levels (written and verbal).
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and navigating organizational complexity.

Technical Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Data protection concepts
    • Digital certificates
    • Cryptography frameworks and practices
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly communications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • OCM certification (Prosci or equivalent).
  • Experience leading security or infrastructure transformation programs.
  • Background in enterprise IT environments or regulated industries.
Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated pay range for this position is $75.00 to $90.00 per hour. Please note that the exact compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
