We are hiring a Web Content Specialist!
Role: Web Content Specialist (Content Development – Web & Mobile)
Supporting: Large Financial Services Client
Location: Merrifield, VA (Hybrid)
Assignment Type: Contract
Duration: ~ 6 months

Key Responsibilities:
- Author, QA, and publish content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Create, edit, test, optimize, and evaluate digital experiences
- Analyze testing and content performance results; provide recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with UX and Digital teams on new features and content enhancements
- Conduct content audits and recommend corrective actions based on strategy alignment
- Support creation and execution of the digital content calendar
- Recommend improvements to usability, functionality, and interactivity of content
- Serve as a subject matter expert in mobile content management, including training and documentation
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, style guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Track and coordinate implementation of content updates to meet deadlines
- Partner with content authors and designers to ensure adherence to digital best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with content management for high-traffic websites (Adobe Experience Manager preferred)
- Experience using web analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly digital experiences
- Knowledge of SEO, usability best practices, and content strategy principles
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and build consensus with cross-functional partners
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and adapting to new technologies
Preferred:
- Experience with Adobe Target, Google Analytics, or similar tools
- HTML, CSS, or JavaScript knowledge
- Experience in fast-paced, creative environments
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $40.00 and $46.10 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
