IT - Delivery Lead - IT

Location: Memphis, Tennessee

Role Overview

This is a senior delivery leadership position responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of multiple enterprise initiatives. This role functions as a key connector across architecture, business, and technology delivery teams. The focus is on strategic execution, coordination, and roadmap ownership rather than only ceremony facilitation.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage delivery roadmaps and schedules in partnership with technology leads, architects, and business teams.
  • Lead planning sessions across multiple teams to align on objectives and timelines.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate dependencies, risks, and issues across platforms and programs.
  • Drive program cadence and ensure execution consistency across various delivery teams.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and updates to PMO, leadership, and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with architects, tech leads, and business teams to facilitate collaboration.
  • Own the complete delivery lifecycle for projects, programs, and maintenance workstreams.
Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree, or an Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or a High School Diploma/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience is required.

 

Experience:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in a technology or product environment.
  • 6+ years of experience in delivery leadership, such as Agile Project Management, Scrum, or Program Delivery.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives and managing multiple teams or platforms simultaneously.
  • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency in program and portfolio management.
  • Skilled in risk and dependency management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP or Agile certifications.
  • Experience working within enterprise architecture or platform teams.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry or with a large enterprise client.
