Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to partner with leadership to drive strategy and execution across enterprise technology initiatives. This role supports broad, cross-functional efforts, with a focus on advancing full stack development capabilities within an enterprise environment. The TPM will help shape and execute the transition toward modern, full stack-driven solutions, working closely with engineering and product leadership to drive strategic initiatives. This individual will operate independently and serve as a contributor to technical direction and execution.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to define and execute technical strategy across enterprise platforms and initiatives.
  • Help drive the organization’s evolution toward home grown/greenfield solutions across Legal, finance, commercial applications, HR, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Support strategic initiatives including platform modernization, integration, and potential acquisition-driven capabilities.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into enterprise-ready solutions and roadmaps.
  • Support the design and delivery of full stack solutions that integrate across enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and Workday.
  • Drive alignment across teams working within legacy and modern application environments.
  • Serve as a liaison between engineering, product, and leadership teams.
  • Build and maintain executive-level reporting, dashboards, and communications.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager with a strong technical foundation.
  • Ability to engage directly with engineers and understand architectural and development tradeoffs.
  • Experience contributing to or influencing technical strategy at an enterprise level.
  • Background working in enterprise environments leveraging home grown solutions into enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow or Workday.
  • Experience creating from scratch/greenfield solutions that integrate with enterprise platforms.
  • Broad experience creating solutions across Legal, finance, commercial applications, HR, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Experience leading or supporting programs that integrate multiple enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and ability to introduce best practices.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including building reporting and insights.
AI & Automation Mindset
  • Demonstrated interest and willingness to adopt AI-enabled tools and approaches.
  • Experience embedding AI into solutions and ability to articulate how AI can improve development and business outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating in environments where AI is shaping development practices.
 
Technology Preferences
  • Experience in an Azure-first environment.
  • Experience working with enterprise data platforms and reporting tools (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation toward full stack or modern application development.
  • Exposure to environments integrating platforms like ServiceNow with modern development frameworks.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives or platform evolutions.
