Line of Business

- Lead technical design documentation and cross-platform delivery alignment
- Act as technical owner across multiple applications and platforms (5–50+ systems)
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and requirements
Tech Lead Expectations
- Hybrid Tech Lead + BSA capability
- Able to query, interpret, and translate data requirements

- API + batch integration models (must have both)
- Data flows across upstream/downstream systems
- Ability to:

- Real-time messaging (MQ) + downstream risk system integrations
- Experience supporting payments ecosystems and transactional systems
Business Banking
- Strong data-driven environments (non-channel, backend focus)
- Experience with data orchestration, transformation, and relationship-driven systems
- Ability to work across non-standardized data stacks (Python, SQL, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years software development experience + 3+ years in a Tech Lead role

What Success Looks Like

- Drives delivery across complex, multi-platform ecosystems
- Builds trust with both engineering teams and business leaders
Logistics
- Location: Downtown Toronto
- Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
