Title: Endpoint Engineer
Location: Hybrid in Nashville TN (This role is primarily remote and onsite as needed)
Contract: Long term contract (12+ months) with potential for extensions or fulltime conversion
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 / hourly rate (based on experience)

- Windows Remediation:
- Troubleshoot complex Windows endpoint issues including login failures, performance degradation, profile corruption, and policy conflicts using log analysis and root-cause methodologies (avoiding reliance on reimaging).
- O365 Management:
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, licensing, identity access) and resolve issues related to authentication, mailbox functionality, and application access.
- Endpoint Management:
- Manage and support enterprise devices through Microsoft Intune, including policy assignment, compliance monitoring, device configuration, and troubleshooting sync or deployment failures.
- AWS Integration:
- Support basic integration between Entra ID (Azure AD) and AWS, including SSO/SAML configuration and troubleshooting cross-platform authentication and access issues.
- Account Provisioning:
- Create and manage user accounts, group memberships, permissions, and MFA configurations with a strong understanding of identity governance and access enforcement.
- Microsoft Intune:
- Deploy applications, manage configuration and compliance policies, administer update rings for patching, and troubleshoot devices not receiving or applying policies.
- Triage Support:
- Own ticket resolution end-to-end by performing structured troubleshooting (logs, configurations, assignments), determining root cause, and escalating only when necessary.
- Equipment Provisioning:
- Support Autopilot and Intune enrollment processes, device setup, and imaging workflows, including diagnosing and resolving provisioning or enrollment failures.
- Scripting (Preferred):
- Utilize scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to automate tasks, improve operational efficiency, and support troubleshooting efforts.
- Proven experience with Windows endpoint troubleshooting and remediation (beyond basic reimaging).
- Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, identity, access management).
- Experience supporting device management through Microsoft Intune.
- Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) and basic AWS integration (SSO/SAML).
- Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and MFA in enterprise environments.
- Understanding of device compliance, patching strategies, and policy enforcement.
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell preferred) to support automation and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a root-cause mindset.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive, self-starter who takes ownership of issues and drives them to resolution.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset focused on identifying root cause, not just symptoms.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and works effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
