Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced business and product leader specializing in business process optimization, requirements management, and solution validation. The ideal candidate will analyze complex current-state processes, design scalable future-state workflows, and translate business needs into clear, testable requirements. This role requires a self-starter adept in cross-functional alignment, defining acceptance criteria, and driving successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a self-starter and ownership mindset, operating independently and taking initiative without requiring constant direction.
  • Proactively identify problems, drive analysis, and advance solutions to completion while taking full ownership of deliverables.
  • Analyze current-state business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and design improved future-state workflows.
  • Develop process models using BPMN and end-to-end workflow diagrams to drive clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder engagement.
  • Create structured deliverables including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Define detailed acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are measurable and verifiable.
  • Support or lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and defect validation.
  • Apply structured problem-solving to evaluate business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in business process optimization, requirements management, and solution validation.

 


Technical Skills: Experience with requirements traceability and management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

 

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00/hr - $65.00/hr. Benefits are available to eligible employees.
